With the analytical mind of an engineer and the passion of a mentor, Amit Saini transforms how students learn. He specializes in simplifying complex ideas through hands-on, experiential learning, which he believes is crucial for brain development. In an era of rapid change and uncertainty, Amit advocates for a multidimensional approach to skills. He views the success of the next generation as our collective responsibility, urging us to “get our act together” to help every child thrive in an unpredictable world.
With a passion for numerical understanding, Arti Saran Ma’am leads the UCMAS abacus program with a focus on empowering the next generation. She believes that mental arithmetic is a key tool for enhancing a child’s confidence and problem-solving skills. By mastering the art of the visual abacus under her guidance, students develop the ability to solve complex calculations.

At BrightMinds, we strongly believe that a student needs more than just a curriculum and grades. The following quote summarizes what BrightMinds stands for:
“A school is any community of people who come together to learn with and from each other. I was asked recently if I thought schools are still a good idea. I do, and the reason is that most of what we learn in our lives we learn with and from other people. Learning is as much a social as an individual process. The real question is what sort of schools help children learn best? Many young people are turned off education not because they don’t want to learn but because the rituals and routines of conventional schooling get in the way.
To improve our schools, we have to humanize them and make education personal to every student and teacher in the system. Education is always about relationships. Great teachers are not just instructors and test administrators: They are mentors, coaches, motivators, and lifelong sources of inspiration to their students.”Ken Robinson, Lou Aronica
